BRIEF NARRATIVE:
On March 5th, 2018 at 8:25 PM, South Burlington PD executed a search warrant at a residence on Barber Terrace. During the search warrant officers identified a male inside of the residence as Nicholas J. Patten, 26 y/o of Williston, VT. Officers discovered that Patten had approximately one gram of crack cocaine on his person. Patten was placed under arrest and he was issued a citation to appear in Chittenden Superior Court, Criminal Division to answer to the charge of Possession of Cocaine at 8:30 AM on April 5th, 2018.
