At the sketch level I don’t have any comments; we were pretty heavily involved on the front end of this project and that
effort is well captured in the sketch submission. I will going forward as their plans develop.
Do you recall what the DRB trigger/COA is for the signal installation at Kennedy Drive?

Good morning,
We’ve received a sketch plan application for the next phase of the O’Brien Home farm, which will be reviewed by the
DRB on 2/5. Please provide comments to me no later than 1/25.
The Project consists of 6 multi‐family buildings containing 322 dwelling units and two smaller accessory structures; one a
clubhouse for residents and one a small commercial building. The roadway configuration, wetland impacts and
stormwater treatment is unchanged from the master plan approval. The interior driveway/circulation is new.
The application package contains a lot of materials we’ve already seen. New are the narrative, and exhibits 1, 2, 5, 11
