RE: O'Brien Home Farm trip generation
Dear Andrew,
As requested, we have calculated the effect that increasing the number of residential units from 417 to
458 would have on the pm peak hour trip generation, and how much commercial space would have to
be subtracted to maintain 428 total pm peak hour trips.
We determined that increasing the number of apartment units from 300 to 341 in Zone 2 would need
to be counterbalanced by reducing the commercial/office space from 55,000 sf to 45,000 sf. The total
pm peak hour trips for Zone 2 remains unchanged with this adjustment.
