The existing acreage for the 11/16/18 submittal did not include updated areas based on issued stormwater permits or the 15.49 acres of impervious work completed by the Vermont Air National Guard. In addition, the submittals for the Taxiway G Updated Project and the BTV QTA Rental Car Facility coincided, and the existing impervious for the downsized QTA project decreased by 0.11 acre. As a result, the adjusted existing impervious acreage for BTV is 319.65 ac (13,924,112 sf), which represents 33.9% of the parcel. The revised Taxiway G project includes 3.52 ac (153,250 sf) net new impervious (an increase from the 2016 approved plan) for a total proposed net new impervious of 323.17 ac (14,077,362 sf), which represents 34.3% of the BTV parcel.
