On the llth day of September 19 79 the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or (M41W the
request Of Rick Rackial. agent
for G;rP plan approval_ under Section 11.70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulat ons based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - is adequate - the curb cut is well removed from
_Shelburne Road, the volume of traffic is low, and Hough Street functions
as a local road.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - are adequate, having been laid out to
accepted design standards - much of the parking will be used for dis-
play purposes only.
3. LANDSCAPING $ SCREENING - retention of the existing trees and
shrubs, and a 15' strip of lawn in front, suffices for landscaping.
The required screening, in the form of a privacy fence, is to be installed.

for site plan approval under Section 11.70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations subject -to the
following conditions:
1. Existing landscaping along the perimeter of the building and the
perimeter of the property lines shall be retained.
2. A 6' high privacy fence or hedge shall be installed along the east
property line; a bond of $360 shall be posted.
