Re: Findings of,Fact, application of Thomas Chase and Michael
Barry, for construction of a 4200 square foot addition to the
existing 6000 square foot Autoworks building at 29 Berard Drive
On the llth of November 19 86 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved =XckaXjK(Kd the
request of Thomas ChasR and Michael Barry
for site plan aoorovaL_ under Section lq,ln
of the South Burlinqton Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1, TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access shall remain as it ]presently exists.
Access is adequate from the cul de sac on Berard Drive_
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKI14G - Circulation is adequate around the
front of the building. A 27-29 foot fire lane is provided
around the addition Seven parking spaces are required 8
are shown.
3. LANDSCAPING 3 SCREENING - A $2400 bond for new landscaping
shall be posted prior to permit. A buildina permit_ shall be
obtained within 4 months.
