HomeMy WebLinkAboutSP-91-0000 - Decision - 1025 Shelburne RoadFINDINGS OF FACT & DECISION STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON Re: Findings of Fact, application of General Mills Restaurant, Inc. to amend the January 8, 1991 approval for construction of a 6,014 square foot building, 1025 Shelburne Road. On the 26th of February 1991, the South Burlington Planning Commission approved the request of General Mills Restaurant, Inc. to amend a previously approved site plan under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: The applicant is requesting that the Planning Commission approve 29 parking spaces in addition to the 93 spaces approved at the January 8, 1991 meeting for a total of 122 spaces. These are the 122 spaces shown on the original plan. The applicant has submit- ted a list of Red Lobster restaurants in other areas of the northeast indicating the number of seats the number of parking spaces provided and the resulting ratio's. DECISION & CONDITIONS Based on the above Findings of Fact, the South Burlington Plan- ning Commission approves the request of General Mills Restaurant, Inc. to amend the 1/8/91 approval for construction of a 6,014 quare foot building for quality restaurant use to eliminate stipulation #9 in accordance with the following conditions: 1. The stipulations contained in the 1/8/91 approval and not superseded by this approval shall remain in effect. 2. The zoning permit shall be obtained within 6 months or this approval is null and void.
