Dear Mr. Premo:
This is to officially notify you that the Zoning Board of Adjustment
will hold a public hearing on ;:ednesday.. Feb. 26thj 1964 at 7:30 P. M.
in the Town Hall, 555 Dorset St., to consider your petition for per-
mission to erect a six by eight illuminated Sin as an addition to
your present sij .,n-Redwood Motel and Coffee Shop -on Shelburne Road. It
wi,-11 be constantly illuminated without any flashiag motion. In the
middle of a white background will be a gold emblem in the shape of a

P. M. in the Town Hall, 555 Dorset St., to consider the following
petitions:
W. 0. Kellner, 11 Wealthy Avenue requests approval of extending
his house to within the side lot limit of the property on which
the house is located. He Mould like to add fourteen feet to the
south end of his house. This addition would bring the south
edge of the building to within seven feet of the property lot.
Redwood Motel and Coffee Shop requests permission to erect a
six by eight illuminated sign as an addition to their present
sign -Redwood Motel and Coffee Shop -on Shelburne Road. It will
be constantly illuminated without any flashing motion. In the
middle of a white background will be a gold emblem in the shape
of a door knocker, "Master Hosts" printed in the middle.

Thank you for the courtesy of granting me an interview on
Monday morning, March 8th, 1965.
As I discussed with you at that time, we are planning to
build an addition to the Redwood. Motel which will embrace a room for the
installation of Direct Dial telephone equipment, an area for additional
storage space, and four or five new units.
This expansion will extend from the Coffee Shop area due
east --to connect with the wing of our original building. In other words,
this addition will be built over existing units #3 through #7.
Ile will be glad to furnish you with blue -prints which we
expect to have in the very near future.

March 8th, 1965, I an applying for permission to convert the land now
used as a lawn in front of the Redwood 1-Totel Coffee. Shop as a parking area.
Our business: in the Coffee Shop has increased and
we need this additional space for patrons of the Coffee Shop, as well as
for guests from motel units.
Early approval of this request will be appreciated..
