Re: Findings of Fact, application of Gregory Premo,
1016 Shelburne Road, for alterations to existing hotel/restaurant
On the 17th of September 19 85 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved )orx_doni)ed the
request of Gregory Premo
for site plan approval_ under Section 19.10
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access shall remain as it presently exists.
2. CIRCULATIUN AND PARKING - 4 parking spaces shall be removed
as indicated on plan for the construction of a portico. 22
spaces of off -site parking will ease the parking shortage.
3. ANDSCAPING $ SCREENING - Landscaping is waived. The building
permit shall be obtained in 6 months.
