TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access shall remain as it presently exists. 2. CIRCULATIUN AND PARKING - 4 parking spaces shall be removed as indicated on plan for the construction of a portico. 22 spaces of off -site parking will ease the parking shortage. 3. ANDSCAPING $ SCREENING - Landscaping is waived. The building permit shall be obtained in 6 months.
