South Budington Legal Notice
The South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment will
hold a public hearing at the Town Office Building, 555
Dorset Street, South Burlington, Vermont on Wednesday,
September 13, 1967 at 7:30 P.M. to consider the fol-
lowing:
I 1. Appeal of Leland and Patricia Calkins seeking a variance
from Section 9.40 of the South Burlington Zoning Ordinance,
yard requirements, at 3014 Williston Read. Request is for con-
structlon of a commercial building twenty-five feet from
Williston Road right-of-way.
2. Appeal of Gernld A. Rouffard, 5 Hanover Street, seeking a -
vnriance from Section 6.40 of the South Burlington Zoning
Ordinance yard requirements, Request is for permission to
construct a garage within ten feet of his property line.
S. Appeal of Donald L. Revins of 25 Sherry Road seeking a
variance from Section 6.40 of the South Burlington Zoning
Ordinance, side and rear yard requirements. Appeal is for
permission to place a garage an the rear corner of the lot.
4. Appeal of Nicholas Zontes of Essex Junction, Vt. seeking
a variance from Section 6.10 of the South Burlington Zoning
Orain ante, use regulations, Request is to use that portion of
land zoned Residential B of the Smith property, formerly the
Elmer Gove property, on the corner of Shelburne Road and
Laurel Hill Drive. Purpose of the variance would be to allow
patron parking.
5. Appeal of Oscar Brueckner of 451 White Street seeking a
variance from Section 6.40 of the South Burlington Zoning
Ordinance, sido yard requirements. Request is for permission
to construct a garage within seventeen feet of a side line
adjacent to a street.
