Re: Findings of -Fact, application of S.B. Collins, (Jolley
Associates) for construction of a 4000 square foot convenience
store with gasoline pumps at 977 Shelburne Road.
On the 23rd of September 19 86 the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved )6Xx3dX1)62X53i the
request of S B Collins, Inc
for site plan approval under Section Lg_ o
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
to TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access is shown from two 36 foot wide curb
cuts on Route 7.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKI14G - Circulation is shown completely
around the building. Ten parking spaces are shown.
3. LANDSCAPING 3 SCREENING - A $4500 landscaping bond shall be
posted prior to permit and revised plans approved by the Planner
prior to permit. A 15 foot setback shall be shown from all
property lines. Drainage plans shall be approved by the City
Engineer prior to permit. A sidewalk shall be installed along
the frontage. $720 shall be paid 'toward the Shelburne Road
intersection fund. The buildina permit shall be obtained with-
in six months.
