On the 14th day of September, 1976, the South Burlington
Planning Commission approved the subdivision proposal of
Pomerleau Real Estate Co. to set off lots of 1.8 and 39.3
acres, as shown on a plan entitled "Land Owned by A. B.
Pomerleau & Son", no date, a copy of which is filed at City
Hall. The approval of this subdivision is conditioned on the
following stipulations: .
1) That the right of vray for the access road to the rear
of the property be aligned Frith Laurel Hill Drive.
2) That a sidewalk be constructed from Burger Kind to
Gulf Oil.
3) That lot t12 and other lots to be developed in the
future will have access to the access road in order
to maintain the minimum number of curb cuts on Shel-
burne Road.
4) That access be provided between lot 42 and the Gulf
Oil property.
