of the South=Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - e

2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Parking lot will be expanded as
shown on the plan for a total of 102 spaces. Eighteen spaces
that are in the center of the expanded lot to the west of the
building may be removed and grassed over.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - A $7000 landscaping bond shall be
posted prior to permit. All landscaping islands shall be
protected with concrete curbs.
4. Building permits shall be obtained within 6 months. No sewer
