Eighteen spaces that are in the center of the expanded lot to the west of the building may be removed and grassed over. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - A $7000 landscaping bond shall be posted prior to permit. All landscaping islands shall be protected with concrete curbs. 4.
