On the 9th of December 1980 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or xiznAx?d the
request of B & S Flood SQrvjces
for a Drive-Thru Window under Section 11.70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Previous stipulation extended: Shelburne Road
access must be closed when new through road on southern side of property
is constructed.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Drive thru lane provides, more than adequate
stacking. To reduce conflicts at point of drive-thru exit, two parking
spaces have been removed and replaced by plantings.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - New plantings plus relocated white pines
are adequate with exiting landscaping.

FINDINGS OF FACT
For the Site Plan Application of B & S Food Services, Inc. for a drive -
through window at Burger King on Shelburne Road as depicted on a plan entitled
"PROPOSED for Shelburne Road, South Burlington, Vermont," prepared by Jan Co.,
Inc. last revised 7/25/80.
Stipulations:
1) Previous stipulations from the site plan approval dated 3/11/75 re-
garding change of access to the proposed future road to the south of the property
shall remain in effect.
2) This approval expires in 6 months.
