Dear Mr. Breen:
Be advised that the South Burlington City Council has granted
ap};roval of your application for conditional use with the follow-
ing stipulations:
1 - Fencing acceptable to the Samara's of 2 Brewer Parkway shall
be erected along the common boundary line.
2 - This approval expires 6 months from this date (for commencement
of this use).
3 - The duration of this approval is one (1) year, starting from
the commencement of this use.
Your proposal is subject to site plan approval under Section 11.70
of the city's zoning regulations.
