South Burlington Planning Commission approved or denied the

of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access is i mnrovPc3 Ja ramnva 1 of 7 rurh rt itc nn
Shelburne Road and replacement with 1 curb cut on Brewer Parkway_
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Circulation is to be one-way counter-
clockwise around the building. Parking requirement by ordinance is 23
cars. 17 open spaces + 2 covered spaces should be adequate for this
combination of uses (10 spaces for residential use, 10 for commercial, with
some overlap). Any higher -traffic office use must be resubmitted to the
Planning Commission.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENI14G - Dead trees will be removed. New
plantings and other site improvementsshall be as indicated on the plan.
