RURLING3TON As owners of the shopping center which includes K-Mart and Martin Foods, parts of which are adjacent to and contiguous to the subject property of Christine Peters, this is to advise that we are definitely opposed to the Zoning Board granting a variance which would reduce parking requirements with this lot. It has been our experience as shopping center developers where we have many tire warehouse and sales offices or buildings located on our shopping center property, that the parking spaces indicated would prove to be inadequate and by force, cars would be parking on our property in order to utilize the tire warehouse and sales retail establishment. It is also our opinion, that since we are forced to comply with regulations, others in the area should be obligated to do so as well. Very truly yours, Matthel W.
