Re: Findings of Fact, application of Juster Associates,
Burlington Square Shopping Center, Shelburne Road
On the 27th of January 1981 the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or x ivd the
request of Jester Associates
for building addition - welby Drug Store under Section 11,70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Traffic report must be provided prior to building
permit. Report will be used in evaluating future applications on this
site.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Sidewalk to he widened 3 feet to improve
_pedestrian circulation.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - New landscaping equal to 3% of value of
building addition to be installed.

STIPULATIONS AND/OR
FINDING OF FACTS
For the application of Juster Associates for conversion and expansion
of a previous bakery and card shop to a drug store as depicted on a plan
entitled "Site Plan, Grading & Paving, Burlington Shopping Center" with
changes initiated 1/27/81, subject to the following stipulations:
1. Previous stipulations #2, 3 and 4 from the approval dated October 14,
1980 shall remain in effect.
2. This approval expires in 6 months.
