HomeMy WebLinkAboutSP-88-0000 - Decision - 0960 Shelburne RoadFINDINGS OF FACT STATE OF VERMONT COUNT OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON Re: Findings of Fact, application of Bank of Vermont to construct a 500 square foot addition in the attic of the branch bank facility, 960 Shelburne Road. On the 20th of September 1988, the South Burlington Planning Commission approved the request of Bank of Vermont for site plan approval under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. TRAFFIC ACCESS: Access shall remain as currently provided by two 12 foot wide curb cuts on Brewer Parkway. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING: Circulation is provided one-way along the west, south and east sides of the building. Parking for 14 vehicles, an increase of 3 spaces over existing is approved. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING: Applicant shall post a $2250, 3- year landscape bond prior to permit. 4. OTHER: Prior to permit, the following must be installed, inspected and approved by the City Engineer: (a) a catch basin in the back parking lot and (b) concrete curbs along the south side of the parking lot. Further, new lighting shall be cut-off luminares. The building permit shall be obtained within 6 months or this approval is null and void. Chairman or Clerk, South Burlington Planning Commission
