UN 3-3494 June 20, 1963 As attorneys for Sun Oil Company, and in accordance with your letter of May 8 to Mr. G. W. Sun Oil Company presently holds a sales agreement on the property from the present owner, Frances B. Courville. The property is presently zoned as residential, and we are requesting that it be re -zoned to a business district. This change would be in general conformity with the surrounding area, and would, as we under- stand it, put all of the Shelburne Road frontage on the east side of the street from Swift Street to Lindenwood Drive in a business class- ification, the 413 feet southerly of Swift Street being included in the change granted to Clarence and Jean Hope. The property in question is presently owned by Mrs. Frances B. Courville, and the dwelling house thereon is numbered 794 Shelburne Road.
