Application to the Zoning Board of Adjustment for permission to construct and operate a service station at the Southwest corner of Shelburne Road and queen City Park,'` Road. 2. My check in the sum of $15.00 in payment of the/ filing fee. i 3. Drawing of plastic and aluminum sign. 4. Drawing of pole for hanging sign. 5. Application for building permit. 6. Mobil Oil Company check in the sum of $15.00 in payment of the building permit application fee. In connection with the application to the Zoning Board of Adjustment the applicant also seeks the permission of the Board to the erection of a plastic and aluminum sign, 8' 41' x 4► 3 7/8" in size, suspended from a pcle 19' 6" in height. The sign will beiiluminated by floodlights attached to a bracket arm on the pole. Details of the sign and pole construction and lighting appear in the drawings enclosed herewith and referred to as items 3 and 4. I understand that this matter will come before the Zoning Board of Adjustment on September 6, 1961 and will appreciate your advise as to the time and place of the hearing.
