As you are aware, Kim Lee is attempting to sell a portion of the old Hope Sign property on Shelburne Road. It will be necessary to obtain a subdivision approval of this sale. As you will recall, the property has 198. 6 feet of frontage. The property will be divided into two parcels of 98. 6 feet and 100 feet. This leaves us short of the required frontage on the north end. We would like to have this warned as soon as possible in order that it might be possible to build this year. Also, I believe we will need approval from the Zoning Board for the construction of a building on the northerly portion for the 40. 0 foot front yard set back and a 10 yard side line set back. I hope to have a pilot plan of the proposed building for you shortly but would also appreciate having that hearing warned, if possible. If there is any further information which you need from me, or if there is any other way I can be of assistance to you in order to move this along, please .let me know.
