Very truly, ichard !°.'ard Zoning ,ILdministrative Officer 'a1i State of Vermont County of Chittenden City of South Burlington Re: Findings on Site Plan Review of Bonanza Sirloin Pit and Pizza Hut, 764-782 Shelburne Road On the 5th day of October, 1976, the South Burlington Planning Commission approved the site plan proposal of Lee & Lee Realty for two restaurants on two separate lots, as shown on plan #2506, dated August 1976, by McKenna Associates, based on the following findings of fact: 1) traffic access is adequate, if provided in accordance with the conditions of approval. 2) landscaping and screening are adequate. 3) circulation is adequate; spaces for Bonanza may be the required number of parking waived by up to 4 without of parking; parking for Pizza South Burlington Planning Comnmissi:on State of Vermont County of Chittenden City of South Burlington Re; Site Plan Review of Bonanza Sirloin lit and Pizza Hut, 764-782 Shelburne Road On the 5th day of October, 1976, the South Burlington Planning Commission approved the site plan proposal of Lee 8 Lee Realty for two restaurants on two separate lots, as shown on plan rf2506, dated August, 1976, by McKenna Associates, sub- ject to the following conditions: 1) an amended plan sholp;ing the landscaping approved by the South Burlington Tree Committee be submitted. 2) said plan shall also show a redesigned parking lot island and the southern half of the curb cut clearly marked as entrance, the northern half clearly marked as exit. 3) provisions for storm drainage be as approved by the City Engineer. 4) bonds be posted in an amount sufficient to cover the cost of landscaping and closing existing curb cuts. 5) parking spaces be delineated by striping and the parking lot be curbed throughout, 7 i G South Burlington Planning Commission
