Dear Sir:
I wish to apply for a zoning variance on the construction of an island
canopy and building addition. The canopy would be 44'x50',have four
columns, the facia would be 3' wide, overall height 17'6". The structure
would extend to 7'6" from the Shelburne Rd. property line. The proposed
building addition would be 35'x10' on the rear of the existing station. This
would be for offices and storage and have no exterior doors.
