HomeMy WebLinkAboutCU-93-0000 - Decision - 0760 Shelburne RoadSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT On the 13th day of December 1993, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Gary Bourne, 760 Shelburne Road based on the following facts and findings: 1) The applicant is requesting a permit to convert an area of a service station into a convenience store (800 square feet) reducing to repair area to 675 square feet. 2) The proposal is basically an enlargement of what is currently there. 3) The use complies with the stated purpose of the district. 4) Will not adversely affect the capacity of facilities, neighborhood, traffic or by-laws.
