HomeMy WebLinkAboutZB-92-0000 - Decision - 0518 Shelburne RoadFINDINGS OF FACT & DECISION STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON Re: Findings of Fact, application of F.E.P. Associates for review of traffic circulation at the Ben Franklin property, 518 Shelburne Road. On the 25th of August, 1992 the South Burlington Planning Commission reviewed the traffic circulation as stipulated in condition #4 of the January 8, 1991 approval. This condition required that temporary barriers be erected as per the approved plan and that the applicant return to the Commission to review circulation after one (1) year of occupancy. The temporary barriers that were installed were not installed as shown on the approved plan, although they have greatly improved traffic circulation . The placement of permanent barriers as shown on the approved plan would further improve traffic circulation. It would also allow the applicant to install the approved landscaping which would greatly enhance the appearance of the site. DECISION Based on the above Finding of Fact, the South Burlington Planning Commission hereby requires that F.E.P.
