Inc. for Site Plan Approval under Section 11.70 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. TRAFFIC ACCESS- Total traffic generation will be about , of the previous Grand Way use. The northern access will be improved by widening of curb entrance radii. 2. CIRCUTATION Ai,iD PARKING- Circulation will be improved by closing off most of the boundary between this property and the one to the north, thereby preventing cut -through traffic. Trucks must all use northerly access. The bank poses a problem for circulation, and this situation must be resolved. 3. LANDSCAPING 8. SCREENING - Adequate as proposed.
