Re: Finding. of Fact, application of Garden Way, Inc.,
Shelburne Road, Renovations to Grand Way building for office and retail use
On the 13th of October 1981 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or RIK&Wd the
reque ;t of Garden Way. Inc.
for Site Plan Approval under Section 11.70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS- Total traffic generation will be about , of the
previous Grand Way use. The northern access will be improved by
widening of curb entrance radii.
2. CIRCUTATION Ai,iD PARKING- Circulation will be improved by closing
off most of the boundary between this property and the one to the
north, thereby preventing cut -through traffic. Trucks must all use
northerly access. The bank poses a problem for circulation, and this
situation must be resolved.
3. LANDSCAPING 8. SCREENING - Adequate as proposed.
