Enclosed is a copy of. the Louth Burlington Planning Commission's final
approval with stipulations and findings of fact for your subdivision and
development of the vacant Grand Way property. You must submit to me a revised
final plat, showing all required changes. After final details are approved,
please submit 2 blueprint and 1 reduced milar of the plan as well as a reduced
milar of the surveyed plan.
,also, I will let you know of the determination on your sidewalk responsibility.

On the llth of May 19 82 the
South Burlington P anning Commission approved or�i the
request of Kravco
for site plan and final subdivision plat under Section 11.70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Both entrances will be renovated. Traffic is not
expected to exceed previous Grandway use. Improvements tied to upcoming
Burlington Southern Connector construction will ease traffic impact on
the area.
2. CIRCULATION AND PAIWING - 615 parking spaces has been deemed sufficient.
