for site plan apprpval under Section _ 19,�10
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS _ Access is adP=uatP with a new entrance

2. CIRCULATION AND PARKI14G _ Circulation is complete around

along the frontage and permits shall be obtained from the City
of Burlington for.this prior to permit.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING _ A 55100 landsr.aj�ing_bond is re-
quired along the rear property line to buffer residential
properties
4_. Sewer allocation is reauired from the City of Burlington.
A sidewalk shall be constructed along the frontage and
permits from the City of Rurlington must he obtained for
this prior to permit. A drainage plan shall be submitted
to the City Engineer for a llUroyal prior to permit, The
