On the 13th. of September 19 77 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission appr ved or XD the
request of Windlass Corporation Mr. ':-:arren Schwerin ent
for Site an pprova under Section -70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations subject to the
following conditions:
1. Provisions for storm drainage shall be reviewed and approved
by the City Engineer.
2. A landscaping bond. of $900 shall be posted.
3. Parking spaces shall be demarcated by pavement striping.
4. The parking spaces to the northwest of the existing building
shall be reoriented so as to provide adequate circulation area
and shall be shown on the plan to be submitted.
5. This approval shall expire 6 months from this date.
6. Lighting shall be as approved by the City Engineer and
standards are to be a maximum of 12 feet.

South Burlington Planning Commission approved or atenitd the

of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - UncLanged: adequate
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - The number of parking spaces
_exceeds the ordinance requirement; circulation and maneuvering
area is increased, anc is ample.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - Increased green area, screening as
required by the ordinance, and parking lot planters will sub-
stantially improve the appearance of the property.
