On the 25th of Mqrrh 19_BL_,_, the
South Burl-ington Planning Commission RRRRRyg4X444z denied the
request of Jii(i , Chi rni nP
for site plan approval under Section 19.10
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Arras-, Naas nruposel from a centrally heated
35 foot wide driveway. The northern curb cut will be closed.
2. CIRCULATIO14 AND PARKI14G - Circulation will be in a counter
clockwise direction. Three employee spaces are designated.
3. LANDSCAPING 3 SCREENING - A $4,800 landscaping bond is
required.
