I understand the regular meetings are held twice a month on Monday
at 5:00 p.m. at the City Hall, Conference -Room. he legal advertise-
ment must appear in the Burlington Free Press a minimum of fifteen
(15) days before the hearing, I agree to pay a fee of $30.00 which
fee is to off -set the .costs of advertising and - the hearing.

Section 11.001 Dimensional Requirements
Front yard required - 30 feet.
Single family dwelling 4Pw x 261.
House presently under construction. Set back 36 feet from
curb - 26 feet from property line.
Misunderstanding about proper set -back' thinking was that
measurement was from curb line.

Proposed above ground pool to be installed to rear of

Fair Market Value structure $11,350 with land $24,600.
Proposed alteration is to remove existing building and replace
with a 251 x 341 new unit. Estimated Cost $27,000.

13.67). Proposed 141 x 281 pool to within seven (7) feet of
the rear yard line.
