HomeMy WebLinkAboutVR-91-0000 - Decision - 0011 Sebring RoadSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON DECISION & FINDING OF FACT On the 9th of September, 1991 the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Anthony and Lillian Gamache, 11 Sebring Road based on the following facts and findings: 1) Property has no unique physical circumstances, has functioned as a home for over 20 years. 2. Property has an economic unit value as a home, variance is not required to provide a reasonable use of the property. 3) Character of neighborhood would change, increase traffic and residential/commercial mix. 4) In the,1970's Hurley operated a similar type use which created serious traffic problems in the neighborhood. 5) Neighbors strongly opposed to the proposed use.
