Businesses in question are located mainly along Williston and
Shelburne Roads.

Area in question is zoned Residential District B allowing one
and two family units.
Lot size for two units is 15,000 square feet minimum, parcel in
question is 100' x 100' or 10,000 square feet being a corner lot.
Request is to convert an existing family room, containing
approximately 650 square feet into an apartment.
Minimum square footage allowed per unit is 750 square feet.
Area zoned Residential District B.
Request is to construct within eighteen UP) feet of the
rear lot line, minimum required being 30 feet.

Gentlemen:
Request is hereby made to allow a variance from the zoning
requirements of the City of South Burlington to construct
a 1500 square foot addition to an existing single residence
structure at 64 Laurel Hill Drive.
This variance is requirod because the proposed addition will
be in violation of existing requirements in that it will lie
eighteen (18) feet from the rear boundary of the property.
