In accordance with the South Burlington Zoning Regulations and
Chapter 117, Title 24, V.S.A. the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment will hold a public hearing at the South Burlington
Municipal Offices, Conference Room, 575 Dorset Street, South
Burlington, Vermont on Monday, July 10, 1995 at 7:00 P.M. to
consider the following:
Appeal of Greg Macedonia seeking a variance from Section 25.00
Area, density and dimensional requirements of the South
Burlington Zoning Regulations. Request is for permission to
construct a deck containing 328 square feet to within sixteen
(16) feet of the required rear yard, total building coverage will
exceed maximum allowed by 1.3 percent on a lot containing 11,400
square feet, located at 6 Scotsdale Road.
Plans are on file with the South Burlington Planning and Zoning
Office, located at City Hall, 575 Dorset Street, South
Burlington, Vermont.
