foot addition to the existing building on Airport -Drive
On the llth day of September 19 79 , the
South Burlington Planning Comm ssion approved or �IW the
request of Walter Adams, agent
for si rP plan aRproval under Section 11.70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - will be improved by closing 2 curb cuts and opening
new one; no additional traffic is anticipated.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - circulation remains good because the
parking lot is continuous with the 2 abutting ones; parking remains
adequate because the addition is to provide more space for existing
users not for additional users.
3. IANDSCAPING & SCREENING - the required amount of landscaping
is waived from $3,000 to $2,000 because a substantial amount of
existing vegetation is being transplanted and 3 sides of the building
cannot be landscaped.
