The Board stipulated that Mr. Szymanski represent them as to the
design and construction of the road.

Dear Mr. Ward:
Enclosed is a notice of appeal application for the construction of a
frontage road from the National Guard Road to the Alert Area Access
Road at the Burlington International Airport. This road will allow
for access between the National Guard road and the Alert Area. Cur-
rently vehicle traffic on airport business must either cross the
Airport on the "air side" of the Airport or enter Williston Road.
This new access will decrease the turning movements off Williston Road
by keeping airport related traffic on the Airport.
I am including eight (8) copies of the proposal plan ad profile for
your use.
