Re: Findings of Fact, application of South Burlington Realty

On the 24th of February 1981 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or ApxjxEkd the
request of South Burlington Realty Corporation
for a speculation commercial building under Section 11.70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access shall be combined with adjacent lot
to the north.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - 14 spaces is ade inat-P for wholesaling
or storage use. Circulation is also combined with adjarent lot.
