We hereby make application to the Zoning Board of
Adjustment for variance of the side and rear yard require-
ments under Section 8.40 of the South Burlington Zoning
Ordinance. This variance is requested for property lo-
cated on San Remo Drive and known as the Pizzagalli
warehouse and maintenance shop.
I understand that this application will be scheduled
for the May 3 meeting of the Zoning Board, and the $30.00
application fee is enclosed herewith.
