Re: Findings of,Fact, application of Dennis Demers for a
4800 square foot hangar for private planes located in the Airport -
Industrial area at the southern end of the Burlington International
Airport
On the 25th of March 19 86 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved 10YxidIe.4RRAxthe
request of Dennis Demers
for site plan approval under Section 19.10
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
to TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access shall be from the Air National
Guard Road off Williston Road until alternative access
parallel to Williston Road is constructed by the Airport.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKI14G - Circulation shall be on 3 sides
of the building. Three parking spaces are proposed on the
leased lands.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - A $1500 landscaping bond shall
be posted prior to permit. Prior to permit a water relocation
plan shall be reviewed and approved by the Water Department.
final plan shall be submitted to the City Engineer for approval
prior to permit that includes detailed design of the relocated
leachfield, site grading, drainage and utility relocation.
4. The buildinq permit shall be obtained within h mnnth-, nr
