A schematic of the exterior footprint and elevation is also provided to show the height and length of the building to determine the surface area of the primary facade. The primary facade is 78'-6 %" x 13'-4". The size of each sign is 11'-4" x 4'-4". The surface areas of the wall signs falls within 5% of the total surface area of the primary facade. One wall mounted sign will face west towards Dorset Street and the second will face south visible form San Remo Drive. The signs will not extend above the height of the building's roof.
