Re: Findings of Fact, application of South Burlington Realty_ Corporation
for a 5,000 square foot commercial building at 60 San Remo Drive
On the 27th day of November 1979 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or ANhIhA the request of
applicant for site plan approval
under section 11.70 of the South Burlington SHBWLVXNAbi Regulations based
on the following findings: Zoning
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Adequate at present, will be improved when a second entra
is made available when the adjacent property to the south is developed.
2 CIRCULATION AND PARKING - 14 parking spaces, as proposed, was determined to be
adequate by both Zoning Board and Planning Commission. Circulation is on the south
side of the building with turn around space behind the building, and is adequate.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - Planting's as shown on the site plan are adequate
with the addition of 4' - 5' high cedars spaced 3' on center across the rear of the
property.
4. OTHER - Surface drainage shall be intercepted and discharged to the street
storm drainage system.
