South Burling `Fo—n-Planning Commission approved or ]fta4�g& the
request of Joseph Kingaaent
for Site plan approval under Section 11,70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - adequate provided stipulations are
complied with; San Remo Dr., carries no through traffic.
2. CIRCULATION AND
PARKING -
circulation area is sufficient;
number of parking
spaces approved
under 'variance,
11/7/77.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - Screening, for the abutting
residential lands consists of existing stocka6e fence and
proposed plantings and is adequate. The amount of land-
scaping shall be as recommended by the Tree Committee.

Re: Order, application of _ South Burlington Realty Corp.,
for construction of a 5000_square foot dviilnastic and dance
school building, 50 San Remo Drive.
On the 22nd. of November 19 77 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or 94a1 the
request of _ Joseph Kind, agent
for Sito plan approval under Section 1 .70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations subject to the
following conditions:
1. -A- lands_3plap bond of $1_500 be posLed. Review of the plans
by the TroP Planting Committee may,permit a lesser amount
2. _Storm drainage and curb cut shall be reviewed and approved
by the City Engineer.
3. Traffic circulation shall be marked and shall be counter-
clockwise around the building.
4. Sidewalk shown in front of the building shall be extended
to the southerly front end of the building.
