Re: Findings of Fact, application of F.H. Adams, for
construction of a new 9000 square foot building for an aircraft
maintenance support facility to replace present storage facility
at Burlington Industrial Airport.
On the 11th of August 1987, the South Burlington Planning
Commission approved the request of F.H. Adams & Company for site
plan approval under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning
Regulations based on the following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS: Access is via an existing 30 foot wide
service driveway.
3. PARKING: Is adequate as shown on the plans.
3. LANDSCAPING: A landscaping bond shall be posted prior to
permit in an amount determined by the City Planner to be used
landscaping other Airport locations. Additional landscaping
around the perimeter of the building shall be done and a bond
posted for this in an amount determined by the City Planner.
4. OTHER: A $40 intersection Williston Road improvement fee
shall be paid prior to permit based on the trip ends generated by
this use. A 60 gpd sewer allocation is granted and the $2.50 per
gallon fee shall be paid prior to permit. The sewer system
including grit and grease separator and pumping station shall be
designed by a registered engineer and approved by the City
Engineer prior to permit.
5. The building permit shall be obtained within 6 months or this
approval is null and vgid."
