I am of the opinion that this does not constitute a change of use. Therefore, no zoning permit is required unless interior renovations necessary to accommodate the bus terminal facility exceeds $5000. No new waiting areas. As stated, bus passengers will have full access to the current non secure side of the terminal. As stated the bus will be staged in a current curb cut adjacent the north baggage claim area, presently utilized by charter services. There will be no repair facilities. Buses will use current public accesses to the airport. Will the project include the construction of any new physical features, such as new waiting areas, bus repair facilities, or designated bus parking areas? 4/30/2010 Page 2 of 3 Also, how/where will the busses come and go from the site? Will they use the existing taxi / bus lane only, or will there be a different location for these pick-ups and drop-offs?
