Subject: Greyhound Bus Terminal
Hi Brad,
Paul and I discussed the airport's proposal to have a bus stop/terminal at the airport terminal. I am of the
opinion that this does not constitute a change of use. Therefore, no zoning permit is required unless
interior renovations necessary to accommodate the bus terminal facility exceeds $5000.

No new construction areas. No new waiting areas. As stated, bus passengers will have full access to the current
non secure side of the terminal. As stated the bus will be staged in a current curb cut adjacent the north baggage
claim area, presently utilized by charter services. There will be no repair facilities. Buses will use current public
accesses to the airport.

Thank you for sharing this information with me, Brad.
Will the project include the construction of any new physical features, such as new waiting areas, bus repair
facilities, or designated bus parking areas?

Also, how/where will the busses come and go from the site? Will they use the existing taxi / bus lane only, or will
there be a different location for these pick-ups and drop-offs?
Thank you,
Paul

Please be advised that Greyhound Coach Lines will begin leasing space from the Burlington International Airport
on May 1, 2010. Greyhound will occupy counter space within the confines of the airport terminal in the rental car
counter area. Buses will discharge and board passengers at the currently configured curb cut at the baggage
claim north exit door. Bus patrons will be afforded all the current amenities provided for airline passengers within
the general public (non TSA Secure) areas of the airport terminal.
