Dorset St., South Burlington, Vt . Dear Sirs: I would. like to apply for a variance to build a 241x24' garage at 7 Huth St., and I would 'like to operate my upholstery business out of this garage. My upholstery shop, which was "located at 5 Bright St., Burlington, was destroyed by fire on April 15th. I would also like to apply for another variance to have this garage situated. on a straight "line with the side of my house. The back of the garage will be 12 feet from my neighbor's line (9 Ruth St.). This way I can have the garage doors facing west. This will give me and future owners enough of a turn to get in and out without any difficulties. In my business I don't have any tractor trailers or heavy vehicles delivering merchandise. I am a one man operation and I will be working normal business hours. Thank you.
