k i The South Burlington Planning Commission held a meeting at the
Middle School, Room 142, Dorset Street, South Burlington, Vermont on
Thursday, April 15, 1971 at 6:00 p.m. Chairman Lamphere opened the
meeting.
MEMBERS PRESENT
James A. Lamphere, Chairman; Joseph L. Allard and J. Richard Haigis.
MEMBERS ABSENT
Douglas I. Tudhope
OTHERS PRESENT
City Zoning Administrator Ward and Richard A. Myette.
RAMCLIF PROPERTIES SUB -DIVISION

Chairman Lamphere informed the Board that Richard Myette has agreed
to comply with the sub -division regulations with regard to the
installation of curbs and drainage. Mr. Myette stated that he has
discussed these regulations with the City Engineer, William Szymanski

Tuesday, April 13, 1971. Mr. Myette advised that he agrees to a sixty
(60) foot right-of-way and a thirty (30) foot wide road, also to
comply to the recommendations of the City Engineer and Zoning Administrator.
Mr. Haigis raised a question regarding the sewer systems and was informed
that they would be approved by the State Health Department, and that
rather than a leach field being installed each house would have a leach
bed. ^
Motion by Mr. Allard to accept the Ramclif Properties proposal as
amended, to include all recommendations of the City Engineer and Zoning
Administrator. Ramclif Properties to post a bond and agreement for
