Re: Findings of Fact, application of Champlain Water District
On the 26th of May 1987, the South Burlington Planning Commission
approved the request of Champlain Water District for 1200 square
foot addition and 2050 square foot garage under Section 19.10 of
the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following
findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS: The Queen City Park Road sidewalk must
extend to the eastern property line, and a road opening permit
must be obtained from the City of Burlington for the new entrance
prior to permit.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING: All 2-way circulation drives shall
be at least 24 feet wide. The easterly drive shown as fifteen
(15) feet shall be designated one-way entrance only and Chief
Goddette's approval will be required prior to permit.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING: A landscaping bond of $3200 shall
be posted prior to permit.
The building permit shall be obtained within 6 months or this
approval is null and y4" d.
