La rry,
You only need to install one (1) bike rack and your plan show two (2) racks. Do you still want to go with
2?
Please confirm that these racks will comply with the installation specifications shown in the two (2)
graphics at the end of the attachment.

Ray, I will get you the building size and the snow storage area ASAP. The gate at the north end of the parking lot is for
lawn mowing equipment so they don't have to drive on the road.
Thanks

Subject: 1050 Airport Drive
Larry,
I've started my review of the site plan review application for 1050 Airport Drive. The plan is missing some required
information such as snow storage areas and a bike rack. I don't know how many bicycle parking spaces you will be
required to provide since I don't know the size of the building. Once I have this information, I'll let you know how many
bicycle parking spaces you will be required to provide.
The new fenced in area will have a gate at the north end of the parking lot. The plan seems to show a grassed area
immediately to the north of the gate. How will vehicles access this gate from the north as there does not seem to be an
access drive at that location which would provide access to this gate?
