Dear Ray,
On 3/19/05 you issued a Zoning Permit # ZP-05-040 for business service for a new
tenant. That tenant has never requested signage until now.
They have requested the following:
l . To utilize one of the empty spaces on the roadside sign (see attached plan
previously submitted and approved. Permit 05-09 2/23/05).
2. To install a sign on the side of the building directing deliveries to the side
door. Size not to exceed 2 SF.
The existing building signage is well below what is permitted in the sign regulation. See
attached application and calculation of existing signages.
